She holds a doctorate (PhD) in the area of Operations and Supply Chain Management from Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. She is an engineering graduate in Mechanical Engineering. She has completed her M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering specialization Product Design & Development from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, Prayagraj. Her research interestsinclude Risk Management, Sustainable Operations, Freight Transportation Systems, Sustainable Supply Chain Management and Closed-Loop Supply Chains.
