He has a singular combination of entrepreneurial experience and teaching and consulting proficiency. He holds a diploma in Labor Laws from Delhi and Management Consulting Course from University of Philippines¸ Manila.  

As a Professor in the Human Resource Management Area, Prof.Shrimali has offered courses on Core HRM, Training and Development, Compensation management, Management Consultancy Development, in the National Management Programme, Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management and Executive MBA Program. He has been actively involved in institutional building efforts and contributing towards developing the Institute as a leading business school in India. He has been teaching management for over 36 years, written over 40 case studies / papers and edited two books on management. He has been a key note speaker in a number of national and international conferences. He has successfully discharged responsibilities as Dean for three tenures, Chairman MDP, Chairman Consultancy Services, Chairman Student Affairs, Chairman Placements, Chairman Alumni Relations and several committees including audit committee of the Institute. He was also the Chairman of the Human Resource Management Area at MDI.

Intro:  Rajhans Mishra is a Fellow of Indian Institute of Management Lucknow in Information Technology & Systems Area. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics engineering from I.E.R.T. Allahabad. He has taught courses at IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Lucknow in the academic session (2012-2013), as a visiting faculty. Prior to joining FPM at IIM Lucknow, he worked in Tata Consultancy Services. Intro: Prof. BBC is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University (1972) and obtained Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in 1980 from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta). He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). He is also a Ph.D. in Economics from Jadavpur University (2003). He has published more than forty journal articles and working papers since joining IIMC in Journal of Emerging Market Finance, Journal of International Finance and Economics, Journal of International Banking Law and Regulation, International Journal of Economic Sciences, Journal of Applied Finance, IIMB Management Review, Economic and Political weekly, Vikalpa, The Management Accountant and Decision. Prof. BBC has more than 24 years of corporate experience in multinational and Indian companies in India. He spent about five years as President in the manufacturing as well as financial sectors. He has been Independent Director in many company boards.

Intro: Dr. SaumyaRanjan Dash has done his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. (IIT Kharagpur), India. The topic of his doctoral dissertation is Asset Pricing Models, Financial Market Anomalies and Investor Sentiment: Evidences from the Indian Stock Market.

Dr. SaumyaRanjan Dash holds an M.Com degree from Utkal University, Odisha & a B.Com too from the same University. Prior to joining IIM Indore, he worked as Assistant Professor with IMT-Ghaziabad for two years.

His research interests include Behavioural Finance, Equity Research and Portfolio Management, Financial Market, Socially Responsible Investment Management, and Corporate Capital Structure.

His teaching interests include Financial Accounting and Reporting, Cost and Management Accounting, Empirical Asset Pricing, Behavioural Finance.

Name: Dr. Lovneesh Chanana

Area of teaching: Information Systems Management

As Vice President – Digital Government for Asia Pacific and Japan, Dr. Lovneesh Chanana leads the digital policies, Government programs and thought leadership engagements for SAP in the region. He engages on policy and key programs and initiatives including digital India, make in India, Industry 4.0, smart cities, start-up India and skill India. His domain of responsibilities covers engagements related to policies and large digital transformational projects with digital technologies. His core domain is strategic linkages between technology and business domains.   

Dr. Lovneesh brings more than twenty-eight years of wide-ranging IT and consulting experience to the role, with a track record of strategic engagements on IT. He has handled multiple consulting and IT implementation projects and has also been contributing to capacity building of Government officials. He has designed and developed training programs on various areas related to Information and communication technologies in Government. Prior to SAP, he has worked for IBM, EY, KPMG and National Productivity Council of India. 

Dr. Lovneesh is chairing the IT/ITES and e-commerce council of Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASSOCHAM). He has been a member of Executive Council of Manufacturers’ Association for IT (MAIT) in the past.

He works closely with academia in facilitating a strong industry-academia connect. He has also been facilitating the entrepreneurship programs and the related industry-academia engagements. He has been working closely with top management institutes like IIT Roorkee, IIT Delhi, IIM Indore, Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, PDPM IIIT Jabalpur, TERI University, UPES and Jindal Global Business School. He engages as a visiting professor handling courses on Information Technology for Management. 

Dr. Chanana holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems Management.

Dr. Amarjeet Kaur has nearly three decades of experience in education and food industry. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), USA and MBA from The University of the West of the Scotland UWS), UK. She has taught at two prestigious Universities of USA viz., College of Business (AACSB Accredited) at Valparaiso University, Indiana and North Dakota State University, North Dakota. She is currently working as professor of Accounting, Dean, Faculty of Commerce & Management and Director, Foreign Students Cell at Gururgram University, Gurugram, India. She holds vast administrative experience as Director and Dean while working with prestigious business schools and regularly conducts management development programs for corporate executives.

She has 8 books and 54 research papers to her credit; out of which 22 research papers are published in Emerald, Sage, Inderscience and ABDC listed journals. Dr. Amarjeet is associated with UGC EDUSAT program for higher learning and delivers live lectures on Television at Doorsarshan VYAS Channel for Higher Education.

She has been conferred with ‘Excellence in Academic Leadership’ Award by Top Rankers, New Delhi and has been felicitated by Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) for her Innovative Practices at her workplace in the year 2015. She
has also been conferred with ‘Great Indian Woman Leader in Education’ Award by Golden Signatures in the year 2021.

Name: Prof. Akshat Saxena

Intro: 

Akshat carries a hands-on and well-diversified experience of building and scaling businesses. In his current role as co-founder of ePayLater, he has led the company to become one of India’s largest players in the space of retailer credit, a $500 Bn market. ePayLater is a strategic partner of global majors such as Wal-Mart, Metro AG and Reliance. The company is also credited with the launch of India’s 1st Digital credit card, that won it a host of coveted awards and recognitions including “India’s most innovative FinTech (lending)” by Govt of India.

 

Akshat has led successful rounds of investments from reputed Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds into the company. He is an active member of industrial associations like FICCI and contributes with his inputs towards policymaking. He was recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year” and awarded “40 under 40” by BusinessWorld in 2017. As a proponent of technology-driven change, he led a successful initiative for mass digitization of retailers in 2019 and his efforts towards solving the problem of air pollution in Delhi through an innovative air purifier (patent granted) also won him widespread appreciation.

 

He loves coding and was recently declared World No 1 in Python by HackerRank, a web community of 7 Million engineers across the globe. In his personal time, he likes to read history and philosophy. His opinions on subjects ranging from technology, financial markets, entrepreneurship etc. have been featured by over 100 media publications, both domestic and international. He is a visiting Faculty to IIM Sambalpur and is regularly invited by other prestigious institutions for leadership talks. Akshat started his professional journey in 2007, and prior to founding ePayLater in 2015, he worked with Technology doyens – TransUnion, SAP, IBM and Oracle in India and UAE. PRASHANT

Name: Dr. Prashant Gupta

Intro: 

Dr. Prashant Gupta is a senior faculty member in Finance area at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Trichy. More than two decades of experience (since 1996) of Dr. Prashant is a blend of industry, academics, research, training and consulting. He has served as Branch Head of Alpic Finance Ltd for around 5 years. He has shouldered many administrative responsibilities also like Program Director, Chief Proctor, Dean-Student Affairs and Dean, School of Management, Chairman Admissions (both at Gautam Buddha University and IMI, Delhi), Chairperson-PGDM Banking and Finance etc. Dr. Prashant was a member of GBU delegation that went to the UK for foreign academic collaborations in July 2009.
 
Dr. Prashant has also been actively involved in training and he has conducted various training programs for more than 40 companies for more than 4000 middle, senior and top-level executives of almost all Maharatna and Navratna PSUs like ONGC, IOC, Oil India, HPCL, NTPC, GAIL, NLC, Coal India etc. Dr. Gupta has also conducted many Director’s Conclaves for Board Members of various companies. In addition to this, Prof. Gupta has also organized international training programs and trained more than 1000 Foreign Government Officers/ executives of Private Companies of around 55 countries, sponsored by Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. He has also trained more than 400 academicians including Professors, Vice Principals, Principals, Deans, Vice Chancellors and BoG Members of more than 80 Universities and Institutions including Central Universities, State Universities, Technology Universities and NITs.
 
Prof. Gupta has numerous publications in reputed refereed International and National Journals (including ABDC A*, A, B, C category and SSCI/SCOPUS indexed journals) and in the proceedings of the refereed International and National Conferences in his credit. He is a reviewer of various renowned academic journals. Dr. Gupta has presented research papers in various refereed National & International conferences, including at Rome, Italy, Osaka, Japan, Stockholm, Sweden, Lyon, France, New York, America, Bangkok, Thailand, ISB Hyderabad, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM, Kozhikode, IIM, Indore, IIM Sambalpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur etc. He has also chaired sessions in many international and national conferences. Dr. Gupta is also supervising doctoral students under him.
 
Prof. Prashant has wide experience of doing projects/consulting for both Private and Government organizations, including Department of Public Enterprise (DPE), Ministry of Heavy industry, GOI. He is also on the Advisory Board of three companies. He has been part of ‘selection panels’ for appointing faculty members at various universities and institutions and also have served and serving on Board of studies and Academic Councils and worked as a member of sub-committee by UGC on mapping online courses at Swayam portal.
 
Prof. Gupta is also a member & coordinator of Centre for Corporate Governance & Social Responsibility at IIM Trichy. His areas of specialization are accounting, corporate finance, taxation and corporate governance. He is also a trained faculty member by Ivy Business School, Canada and International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Bank Group, USA on Corporate Governance. Dr. Prashant has also served as a member of Accounting Standard Board, ICAI for year 2018-19. He is a member of committee on ‘Sustainable Finance’ at Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and also part of the ‘World Working Group’ of ISO for developing new standard on Sustainable Finance - ISO–TC322. Currently Prof. Prashant is a Chairperson Executive Education and also a Chairperson Admissions at IIM Trichy.
