C.P. Shrimali

Prof.Shrimali holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Ph.D. from the University of Udaipur. He has a singular combination of entrepreneurial experience and teaching and consulting proficiency. He holds a diploma in Labor Laws from Delhi and Management Consulting Course from University of Philippines¸ Manila.

As a Professor in the Human Resource Management Area, Prof.Shrimali has offered courses on Core HRM, Training and Development, Compensation management, Management Consultancy Development, in the National Management Programme, Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management and Executive MBA Program. He has been actively involved in institutional building efforts and contributing towards developing the Institute as a leading business school in India. He has been teaching management for over 36 years, written over 40 case studies / papers and edited two books on management. He has been a key note speaker in a number of national and international conferences. He has successfully discharged responsibilities as Dean for three tenures, Chairman MDP, Chairman Consultancy Services, Chairman Student Affairs, Chairman Placements, Chairman Alumni Relations and several committees including audit committee of the Institute. He was also the Chairman of the Human Resource Management Area at MDI.
