Dr. Shubhi Gupta is an Assistant Professor at IIM Sambalpur in the area of Organisation Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Prior to joining here, she was affiliated with FORE School of Management, New Delhi and has nearly 5 years of work experience encompassing teaching, research and training. She earned her PhD from the Department of Management Studies, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad in OB & HR area. She is deeply passionate about research and believes in interdisciplinary research collaborations. Her research interests span areas such as Virtual Teams, Human Computer Interaction, Ethics, Conflict Management, Qualitative Research, Psychological Empowerment and Well-being. To her credit, she has various International Research Publications in ABDC/SCI/SCIE/SCOPUS indexed journals viz. Information Technology & People, Journal of Organizational Change Management, European Journal of Training and Development, International Journal of Logistics Management, VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems to name a few. She has presented research papers in various prestigious national and international conferences. Moreover, she has authored a book chapter and actively participated in workshops focusing on advanced research methods and innovative teaching techniques. Notably, she has chaired sessions at numerous international and national conferences.
